Building a Coaching Culture in Botswana

Hudson is engaged in training leaders at the Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) using a Spot Coaching Approach to develop managers and build a coaching culture.  Dr. Pamela McLean delivered a 1-day training to 19 government agencies such as agriculture, transportation, security, etc.  An official gratefully commented, 'Through just one day, 19 organizations have been empowered with coaching tools which will impact their culture.'
