Our expert coach/facilitators are available to conduct a Spot Coaching for Managers & Leaders program inside your organization, with follow-up coaching for participants by phone. The Spot Coaching program is also available in online modules over six weeks.

The onsite Spot Coaching program includes pre-work, a 1-day workshop, and a series of follow-up coaching sessions to ensure sustainability. The online program includes six online modules that participants can access when and where it fits their schedule.
